Payment limits in NZD
Choose NZD when you register and every deposit, bet and withdrawal stays in New Zealand dollars. The currency can't be changed later, so get it right at sign-up.
| Limit | NZD account |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | NZ$5, though some methods and promotions require more |
| Maximum deposit | €7,000 per transaction (about NZ$14,000) |
| Minimum withdrawal | NZ$20 |
| Maximum withdrawals | NZ$20,000 in any rolling 30 days, plus the amount you deposited in that period |
| Bonus winnings | Separate caps set in each promotion's terms |
Promotions have their own minimums: NZ$10 for the Wednesday reload and the exclusive NZ free spins, and NZ$20 for each part of the welcome package. All of them are listed on the bonuses page.
Payment methods
Boo Casino supports cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and prepaid vouchers, but the exact list depends on your country. The cashier only shows the methods available where you live, so the quickest way to see the New Zealand list is to open the deposit window after you log in.
The payment logos on the site include Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Flexepin, AstroPay and MuchBetter, and the help centre also covers Skrill, Neteller and bank transfers. Some of these are only offered in certain countries.
| Type | Examples | Deposit speed | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cards | Visa, Mastercard | Seconds | Must be in your name |
| E-wallets | Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter | Within minutes | MuchBetter deposits are approved in its app |
| Prepaid vouchers | Paysafecard, Neosurf, Flexepin | Instant | Usually deposit only, so you need another method to withdraw |
| Bank transfer | Depends on your bank | Depends on your bank | Common choice for withdrawals |
How to make a deposit
- Open the cashier. Click your balance at the top of the page. If you want a bonus, open the promotion instead and click its "Deposit" button.
- Choose a method. Only methods available in New Zealand are shown.
- Enter the amount. Check it meets the minimum for the method and for any promotion you are claiming.
- Confirm with the provider. You are sent to the payment provider's window to approve the payment. Most deposits arrive straight away.
Deposit pending or missing? A deposit shows as Pending while the provider processes it. Allow up to 24 hours before taking action. If a deposit is declined but money left your account, the provider refunds it automatically, which can take 2–3 days.
How to withdraw
- Open My Account. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and choose "My Account".
- Go to Withdrawal. Pick a method from the list, such as bank transfer, card or an e-wallet.
- Enter the amount. At least NZ$20 and within your monthly limit.
- Add the details and submit. Fill in the bank or e-wallet details if asked and confirm the request.
Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with first. In some cases Boo Casino may ask to pay out to a bank account or card in your name instead. The cashier works the same way on your phone, as covered in our app guide.
Boo Casino withdrawal time
The casino aims to process approved withdrawals within 3–5 business days, and the clock starts once your account is verified. If you haven't verified yet, you are asked to upload documents when you request your first withdrawal. You receive an email when the withdrawal is approved, and then it depends on your payment provider how quickly the money reaches you.
The single biggest way to speed this up is to verify early. Upload your ID and proof of address soon after you register, so the first withdrawal isn't held up waiting for documents. The verification steps are in the registration guide.
Changed your mind? A withdrawal can be cancelled while it is still pending. Open your profile, go to Withdrawal, tick "I would like to cancel this withdrawal" and click "Cancel request". Once it has been processed, it can't be cancelled.
Fees
Boo Casino doesn't charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. There is one exception: a 15% administrative fee (at least €10, about NZ$20) can be applied to a withdrawal if the deposited funds haven't been played through at least three times. Minimal-risk betting, such as covering both red and black in roulette, doesn't count towards that playthrough. Your bank or payment provider may also charge its own fees.
Verification and documents
ID checks apply to everyone who deposits. At the latest they happen once your withdrawals add up to €2,000 (about NZ$4,000).
| Step | How it works |
|---|---|
| ID | Upload in the verification window or capture it with your phone camera; usually checked instantly |
| Proof of address | Utility bill or bank statement from the last three months; reviewed manually |
| Proof of payment | Shows the card, bank account or e-wallet is yours |
| Requested documents | Uploaded to the secure drop zone and reviewed within 24 hours |
| Source of funds | May be requested at higher activity levels, for example payslips or savings statements |
Send full-colour images or PDFs (JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 7.5 MB) with all four edges visible and no glare. Don't send documents by email or live chat; use the upload options in your account. Joint bank accounts are accepted if your name is on them, but company accounts can't be used.
Why a payment can fail
- The card, e-wallet or bank account belongs to someone else. Third-party payment methods aren't allowed.
- Your bank shows your name as initials only, so it doesn't match your account. A method that shows your full name usually solves it.
- You have hit your own deposit limit or the maximum per transaction.
- Documents are missing or were rejected, which is the most common reason a withdrawal is denied. Blurry, cropped, expired and black-and-white copies don't pass.
If it still fails, contact support with the payment method and amount, or check our FAQ for quick answers. To change the card or bank account linked to your account, contact support as well, as the new method must be in your name and may need verifying.
