About this site
boocasinonz.fun is an independent information website run by the BooCasinoNZ.fun team. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only
This site publishes information and opinions about online casinos. We don't offer gambling, take bets or hold player funds, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice.
Age and eligibility
The content is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where you live before you register with any casino.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep the information accurate and up to date, but bonuses, terms, games, payment methods and limits are set by the operators and can change without notice. Always check the current terms on the casino's own website before you claim an offer or make a deposit. We aren't responsible for decisions you make based on information on this site.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links are affiliate links, as explained in the disclaimer at the bottom of every page. Links to casinos and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, services or privacy practices. Your relationship with any casino is governed by that casino's own terms.
Intellectual property
The text, design and layout of this site belong to BooCasinoNZ.fun unless stated otherwise. Brand names, logos and game images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information only. You may not copy or republish our content without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, including any losses from gambling with a third-party operator.
Responsible gambling
Gambling involves the risk of losing money. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and use the limits and exclusion tools offered by your casino. Free help is available from Gambling Helpline Aotearoa on 0800 654 655. See our responsible gambling page.
